A full week of back-to-back meetings, little sleep to no sleep, and non-stop partying can really take a toll on your body, leaving you feeling sluggish both mentally and physically. #1 Flush your system
Lemons help clean the toxins out of our bodies. When you get rid of toxic waste in your system, your skin will show it first and then the rest of your body will follow. Every morning when you wake up (even before you shower) put the kettle on and squeeze half a lemon and bit of ginger into a cup and add boiling water to it. Steep for about 2 minutes then drink!
